Ludhiana: The Anti Narcotic Cell-1 of Ludhiana police commissionerate arrested two accused for storing and selling banned plastic kite string. Cops seized 165 spools of the banned string from their possession. The accused were identified as Mukul, 20, of Mohalla Gopal Nagar of Haibowal and Harmanpreet Singh, 34, of Mohalla Pavittar Nagar of Haibowal.tnn
