Dense fog likely till weekend, air quality may drop to very poor zone next week
The air quality in Gurgaon is moderate, but it is expected to worsen to very poor between December 25 and 28 due to low wind speed. On Wednesday, the AQI was 184, slightly lower than Tuesday’s 186. Dense fog conditions are expected until December 23. The Teri Gram station recorded the highest AQI at 255 on Tuesday. Gwalpahari, Sector 51, and Vikas Sadan recorded AQI of 196, 183, and 101 respectively. The low wind speed will hinder the dispersion of pollutants.
