Jaipur: The health department will hold a meeting on Tuesday to finalise its action plan for the new government’s 100-day campaign as directed by chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. Officials said they had prepared the action plan and will reveal it after the meeting tomorrow. The action plan is based on the programme of the Centre’s Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY).Under VBSY, the Centre is promoting Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY). Ayushman cards are being created using the Ayushman app and physical cards are being distributed to beneficiaries. TNN

PHED core group for 100-day action plan
The public health and engineering department (PHED) has formed a state level core group headed by additional chief engineer (rural) Devraj Solanki to implement announcements of the resolution manifesto, 100-day departmental action plan, and the vision of the department. This core group will establish coordination between various chief engineers and includes superintendent engineers attached to various chief engineer offices. Additional chief secretary Subodh Agarwal reviewed the progress of drinking water projects under Jal Jeevan Mission and directed the Chief Engineers to work with mutual coordination to effectively implement Jal Jeevan Mission and Amrit 2.0 in the state.

50 crore people now have Ayushman Bharat Health Account numbers: Govt
The Union health ministry announced that 50 crore people now have Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) numbers. The National Health Authority (NHA) highlighted the progress of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), with positive responses from patients, healthcare service providers, and policymakers. ABHA-based instant OPD registration service and the ABHA app are being widely used, with over 1.5 crore patients and 50 lakh people respectively. The ABHA numbers are used for patient registrations, linking patient records digitally, and availing instant registration at hospitals. The ABDM connects stakeholders in the healthcare sector, with verified healthcare professionals and registered health facilities. In July 2023, the NHA also announced the 100 microsites project to promote ABDM adoption by smaller health facilities.
