Minor abducted at gunpoint in Alwar town, gang-raped by 3 | Jaipur News – Times of India

Alwar: A 17-and-a-halfyear-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by three men after being kidnapped at gunpoint from a town in Kherli police station area and being forced to drink alcohol.
According to the complaint lodged by the rape survivor’s mother at Kherli police station on Monday, the minor girl was kidnapped from an area close to Kherli railway station and forced into a car on Sunday.“She was taken away at gunpoint in the car and left back in the town early on Monday morning.
The accused have been identified as Manoj Saini, Kedar Saini and Narendra Sharma,” said Kherli police station incharge Mahavir Prasad.
Kathumar DSP Ashok Chauhan said an FIR has been registered against the three accused under relevant sections of IPC and POCSO Act. “The survivor’s medical examination has been conducted, and investigation of this case has been handed over to the circle officer of Kathumar,” he added.
In her statement, the rape survivor told police that the three accused showed her a country-made pistol and kidnapped her in a car. “She said the accused purchased alcohol and forced her to drink. She was taken to a hotel an inebriated condition and raped there by all three. The next day, the accused dropped her back at the site from where she was kidnapped,” said an officer.
Sources said the three accused were detained by police on Monday. One of the accused had reportedly been chasing the girl for a long time. “The survivor mentioned that one of the accused had threatened that if she could not be his, then he would not let her become anyone else’s and that she would not be left to show her face anywhere,” said a source.
