Brace for dense to very dense fog in Lucknow today
Lucknow experienced the first ‘cold day’ condition of winter, breaking the warm spell. Thick fog caused near zero visibility, obstructing sun rays. A weak western disturbance changed wind pattern to moisture-laden easterly, causing dense fog. Another stronger disturbance will hit on Saturday, causing snow in Jammu & Kashmir. UP will have partly cloudy sky and increased wind velocity. This will decrease fog density.
