Bengaluru: Depressed after he was suspended from college, a 22-year-old hotel management student allegedly died by suicide by consuming sleeping pills at his paying guest accommodation in Nagarabhavi, Chandra Layout, on Thursday.
The deceased is Nikhil, a resident of Nagarabhavi. His mother Vasanta filed a complaint against the principal, the dean and a student from the college in Bannerghatta. They’ve been booked for abetting suicide. tnn
