Commissioner Joseph to hold public hearing on Thursday Jaipur: To maintain trust among the people and facilitate quick redressal | Jaipur News – Times of India

Jaipur: Jaipur police commissioner Biju George Joseph will initiate a series of public hearings, holding them at one police station every week starting on Thursday. As part of this initiative, Joseph will visit the Shipra Path police station on Thursday, where he will meet complainants and the general public from 11am to 1pm.
During the public hearing, additional police commissioner (crime) Kailash Chandra Vishnoi, DCP Yogesh Goyal, and other officials will also be present.Complaints from areas related to Sodala, Mansarovar, Chaksu, and nearby police station areas will have the opportunity to share their problems with the commissioner and seek resolution during this meeting.
Joseph highlighted that some complainants may not be able to visit the commissionerate office, and multiple officials may need to be contacted over the phone to understand certain issues. He said, “Speaking to the people right at the spot helps to seamlessly get all details related to a particular case from the officials present at the police station.” TNN
