Hyderabad: Telangana BJP chief G Kishan Reddy, on Monday, said that the party will pay special attention to first-time voters for upcoming general elections. He said that the party will follow the action plan of the national party and the campaign will begin after the Sankranti.
Speaking to reporters at the party office, Kishan said, “About 90% of the first-time voters and youth are big supporters of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.We have chalked out a plan to reach out to these youngsters with the slogan — Phir Ek Bar Modi Sarkar.”
“We will announce some more appointments related to parliament segments like conveners and prabharis on Tuesday. During the brainstorming it was felt that there is a favourable atmosphere for BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and we will invest our complete energy to win a maximum number of seats” he said.
