EXCLUSIVE! Ananya Panday Seeks THIS Person’s Validation & It’s NOT Aditya Roy Kapur

In an exclusive chat with ETimes, Ananya shared that till now, she hasn’t spent a single day at her new house, but realized that crockery has become her new obsession. She said, “I just realized how obsessed I am with plates and bowls and spoons, I never thought in my life that I’m going to be clicking pictures of spoons but I just love plates, it’s my new obsession. But honestly, it (buying the house) was more to prove to myself than to anyone else. It was just about taking responsibility and getting independent, because my parents are ‘like yeah, you please go now’, when I tell them, ‘I’m going, I’m going to shift tomorrow, I’m going to shift tomorrow’, but I’ve still not been able to cut that umbilical cord. I think it’s more about me just growing up and entering a new phase in my life, where I’m trying to understand what Ananya likes as a person .”
She added, “I’ve still not spent one entire day at my house, but I have hosted my school friends for a secret Santa Christmas party, and I felt like a mom arranging everything, though everyone was like ‘just come out, just chill’, but I was like no. For me, everything needs to be perfect, because I’m a control freak and in the end, I just sat and ate alone in the corner while everyone was having fun.”
She also said that running a house is not an easy job. “I understand the value of running a home and being a homemaker. It is a full time job and I really respect everyone who does that, and there are women who do that and also have full time jobs. Even if I’m just running a home in general, it’s a proper full time job, so I think women deserve a lot more love and respect than what we give them,” she exclaimed.
