CM visits temples, says Ram Rajya will be established in Rajasthan | Jaipur News – Times of India

JAIPUR : Chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma visited several temples on Monday to offer prayers on the occasion of ‘pran pratishtha’ of Ram Lalla’s idol at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple. He told the media at Salasar Balaji temple that his government will follow in the footsteps of Lord Ram to establish ‘Ram Rajya’ in Rajasthan.
Deputy CMs Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa also attended several temple programs, and so did Governor Kalraj Mishra, who performed aarti at the temple of Shri Ramchandra Ji in Chandpole, and former CM Vasundhara Raje, who visited the temple of Khole Ke Hanuman — in her first public appearance since the nomination of Bhajan Lal Sharma as the CM face on Dec 16.She said, “Today, on the occasion of pran pratishtha mahotsav in Ayodhya, I got the benefit of darshan of Balaji Maharaj at Khole Ke Hanumanji temple in Jaipur. I took the blessings of the saints and saw Ram Lalla re-establishing himself in Ayodhya after 500 years.”
Earlier, the live telecast of the pran pratishtha was broadcast at the governor’s house. “The construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya is an occasion of joy and happiness for the entire country,” said the governor.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla took out a long march under the banner of ‘Ram Lalla Shubhagaman Pad Yatra’ with hundreds of Ram devotees chanting Jai Shri Ram from Keshavpura Ramjanki temple to Godavari Dham Ba laji temple in Dadabari, where he participated in a maha aarti and then along with a large number of devotees watched the pran pratishtha mahotsav ceremony live on a large LED screen.
The state office of the BJP in Jaipur was decorated with lights and flowers to celebrate the occasion. Chandrashekhar, general secretary (organization), watched the live telecast of the program at the party office. He said, “Ram is dignity, spirituality, culture, and a symbol of India. With the pran pratistha at the Ram temple, the country has witnessed Ram Rajya.”
The government has ordered to fly 3,000 elderly devotees to Ayodhya from Jaipur via a flight on February 1. The online applications for the scheme will start in the coming days. “In the coming days and months, more government schemes will be named after Lord Ram. The party will leave no stone unturned to take credit for the construction of the Lord Ram temple in Ayodhya,” said a source.
