Prayagraj: The ‘Pran Prathistha’ ceremony of Ram Lalla at Ayodhya was celebrated here at the Indian Institute of Information and Technology-Allahabad too, with presentation of Ramayan in the form of dance drama by Aarambh Rangamandal, Prayagraj, on Monday evening. Musical show was staged at the main auditorium of the IIIT-A for a huge gathering of students and teachers of institute. Direction, concept, narration and choreography of dance-drama was by Ritika Awasthi, director of Aarambh Rangmandal.
Glimpses of the entire Ramayana, including Lord Ram’s birth, Sita Shringaar, Sita Swayamvar, Ram’s exile were enacted by Ritika Awasthi, Kashish Verma, Priya Shanti and Kumari Princi. Lighting concept and management was by Arsh Sharma, music arrangements by Priyanshu Kushwaha, stage decoration by Neelkant Tiwari, clothing design by Aman Kumar, co-direction by Ankit Tiwari and presentation control was by Sharad Kushwaha. tnn
