Bhubaneswar: Owners of micro, small and medium enterprises have welcomed the state government’s announcement of the Odisha Public Procurement Preference Policy, 2023. “This dynamic policy of the government shall definitely go a long way in motivating the existing small manufacturing enterprises and the same has also resulted in fulfilling a long-cherished demand of local entrepreneurs,” said Smarajit Mohanty, president of Orissa Small Scale Industries Association (OSSIA).
