Pay Attention To City Traffic Woes: Aimim | Hyderabad News – Times of India

HYDERABAD: AIMIM floor leader in the assembly, Akbaruddin Owaisi, on Friday urged the govt to take urgent measures to reduce traffic congestion in the city.
“The existing public transport system is not enough. The govt should think of introducing trams and BRT system,” he said. He asked the govt to call a meeting with all city MLAs to discuss solutions.Akbaruddin said he was the one who had mooted Metro rail for the city when YS Rajasekhara Reddy was the chief minister.
He also urged the government to repair and restore the old Osmania General Hospital building. tnn
