TIRUPATI: The Srisailam temple authorities have ordered a probe after a Hyderabad devotee complained about finding bones in his prasadam.
A Hyderabad based devotee identified as Harish Reddy was completely distraught after he found two bone pieces in the Pulihora prasadam which he was consuming after darshan at the world renowned Srisailam temple in Nandyal district.
The devotee immediately approached Srisailam temple EO’s office and filed a written complaint along with the proof.
While the temple authorities were of the opinion that it might be a cinnamon stick that was found in the prasadam and not a bone as is being claimed by the devotee, a probe has been ordered into the shocking incident.
