Jaipur: A single bench of the high court on Saturday justified JDA’s action of cancelling allotment and lease deed of 40 acres of land on the outskirts of Jaipur for a golf course and academy and thus upheld the order of JDA Appellate Tribunal dated March 3, 2022.
Refusing to interfere with the action taken by JDA, justice Anup Kumar Dhand said that as it was found that the company had violated the land allotment conditions, the tribunal order was upheld.
Justice Dhand gave this order while rejecting the petitions of Axis Trustee Services Limited and M/s Neesa Laser Limited.
Earlier, in its decision, the tribunal held that the state government had given the land to the company for a golf course and golf academy, but the company violated the terms of the lease deed.
