Mumbai: Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray, while addressing a party meeting in Dharavi, on Saturday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is trying to give away salt pan lands and Dharavi to Adani. “It is not sabka saath sabka vikas but sabka sath mitra ka vikas’ that is currently going on, ” Uddhav said.
The former chief minister reiterated that all Dharavi residents must get 500 sq ft residential units.
Uddhav said that even the Bandra Reclamation redevelopment tender will be bagged by Adani.
“Were also asking for the Kanjurmarg land for Mumbaikars. However, the central government had gone to court. They claimed this was their land. …it is also salt pan land, but they did not give the land. When I was asking for Kanjurmarg land, it was not given. However, for the Prime Minister’s friend, the salt pan land and land in Mulund were given away. This is their sabaka saath and sabaka vikas. Everyone should support, but development will be my friends,” Uddhav said.
Uddhav Thackeray is currently visiting the Shiv Sena (UBT) shakhas across the state.
