Vidyut Jammwal faces internet wrath for promoting risky train stunts | – Times of India

Renowned for his exceptional stunt performances, actor Vidyut Jammwal recently found himself in hot water after promoting a perilous stunt on a local train as a tribute to “real daredevils.” The controversial video sparked a wave of criticism, with netizens accusing him of encouraging dangerous behavior among youth.
In the video shared on Instagram, two individuals execute a hazardous stunt on a speeding local train, hanging from its door and touching their feet to a platform.Vidyut captioned it, “Crakk Title track releasing tomorrow…My tribute to THE REAL DARE DEVILS #ITRAIN LIKEVIDYUTJAMMWAL.”

However, the post didn’t go down well with the netizens. They didn’t take the promotion of such risky endeavors lightly. Commenters expressed concerns, with one stating, “It’s absolutely ridiculous to promote such stunts. You are encouraging youth to do dangerous stunts Vidyut. This wasn’t expected from a humble person like you. Strength is power, but using it appropriately will make you more powerful! Jai Shree Ram.” Another user urged him not to encourage such activities, emphasizing the potential impact on impressionable minds.

This isn’t the first time Vidyut faced backlash for stunt-related content. A previous video of him performing a dangerous stunt on a moving train also drew criticism. The video in question featured Jammwal deboarding a moving train, climbing atop it without safety measures, and running on its roof. The actor had dedicated the stunt to those “driven by passion, motivation, and determination.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vidyut Jammwal is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, ‘Crakk.’ Boasting Amy Jackson, Arjun Rampal, and Nora Fatehi in the cast, is set to hit theaters on February 23.
