Ameesha Patel made her big Bollywood debut with Hrithik Roshan in Rakesh Roshan‘s ‘Kaho Na Pyaar Hai‘. The actors had received immense love and appreciation for their onscreen chemistry in the movie.
In a recent interview with Filmygyan, Ameesha Patel discussed her experience collaborating with Hrithik Roshan and reflected on the evolution of their dynamic over time. Patel conveyed that she and Hrithik always maintained a friendly rapport, sharing a camaraderie on set. However, she emphasized that working alongside Sunny Deol and Amrish Puri left a profound impact on her. Patel revealed that with Hrithik, she enjoyed a playful relationship, where they openly discussed their insecurities. She humorously recalled referring to Hrithik as ‘Pierce Brosnan‘ and even predicted his future as a superstar. or a ‘Greek God‘ like him.

Ameesha Patel made a notable comeback to the silver screen with the sequel to her hit film, Gadar. This follow-up to the 2001 romantic saga, in which Patel and Sunny Deol played pivotal roles, also introduced Utkarsh Sharma as the central character around whom the narrative revolved.

The film claimed the fifth spot among the highest-grossing Indian films of 2023 and holds the eighth position among the highest-grossing Hindi films of all time.
