Amritsar/Jalandhar: Akal Takht jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh and Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) president Harjinder Singh Dhami have censured BJP workers in West Bengal who had recently called a Sikh IPS officer a “Khalistani” during a protest.
The jathedar said the hateful racial comments against the Sikh IPS officer had hurt the sentiments of Sikhs and asked the Bengal government to take strict legal action against those who had hurt the faith and morale of the Sikhs who never hesitated from making supreme sacrifices for the nation.
