Yogi forms panel to address farmers’ issues in Noida and Greater Noida | Lucknow News – Times of India

Lucknow: In a decisive move to tackle the persistent challenges faced by farmers in the Noida Industrial Development Authority (Noida Authority) and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) areas, a three-member committee has been established under the guidance of chief minister Yogi Adityanath.
The committee aims to provide a comprehensive and satisfactory resolution to the longstanding grievances of the agricultural community in Gautam Budh Nagar.
Comprising eminent officials, the committee has been entrusted with the crucial task of engaging directly with farmers to understand their concerns and formulate effective solutions.
It is mandated to conduct extensive consultations and assessments to identify the root causes of the issues plaguing the farming community in the region.
The committee members include: Chairman, Revenue Board Uttar Pradesh, Hemant Rao, divisional commissioner, Meerut, Selva Kumari J, and district magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar, Manish Verma.
Under CM’s directive, the committee will present its detailed report to state govt within a maximum period of three months. To ensure the smooth functioning of the committee and facilitate its efforts, the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of Noida and Greater Noida have been instructed to extend necessary support and cooperation.
