Osmania University Clears the Air on Irregularities in Promotions | Hyderabad News – Times of India

Hyderabad: Osmania University Registrar, Prof P Laxminaryana, rubbished certain reports regarding irregularities in promotions of professors as baseless. Issuing an official statement on Saturday, he said the process was done in accordance with UGC norms. He said for senior professor promotions, it takes ten years of experience as a professor along with 10 research papers and 2 PhDs under their supervision awarded in review period.tnn
