Antique Vintage Three Graces Marcasites Carved orders Shell Silver Pendant/Brooch

Stunning vintage carved three graces and marcasites silver cameo pendant/brooch.

Here we have a lovely cameo pendant/brooch with a finely carved three graces.
The brooch has a decorative border of silver, decorated with rose cut sparkling marcasites.
The cameo is held firmly in place with four silver claws.
A pendant loop is fixed on the reverse, so that the brooch can be worn as a pendant.
The cameo is marked on the reverse 800 for continental silver.
The pendant/brooch has a self safety catch on the pin fastening, and orders it fastens securely as it should.

I have only very lightly cleaned it, as I like to see the original antique palatinate on the silver. The brooch can easily be polished more is desired with a silver polishing cloth.
