A place with lots of light is recommended, but without exposing this plant to direct sunlight or high temperatures. This Hoya has been under grow light and humidity above 60%. It is fertilized twice a month.

We recommend not transplanting Hoya for at least a month.

We orders will not refund lost leaves, brown or yellow leaves, some plants are more sensitive to the impact of shipping.

If your weather is cold, add a heat pack to your purchase, we do not offer refunds for weather damage without the heat pack.

Keep in mind when the package is already at the post office we are no longer responsible for delays, but we can help by requesting information from the post office.
