This pen is made by hand with a beautiful piece of genuine Hawaiian Koa wood. Koa wood is only found in Hawaii and is only harvested if the tree or limb falls to natural causes due to it being a protected species. This wood has a natural “curl” to orders it, that is the wavy look toward the tool of the cap and in the body.

The center band on this pen has “We the People” stamped into the metal and on the top of the cap is inscribed “1776”.

This pen will include an additional ink refill. Speaking of refills, this ink pen uses a Schmidt 888 Rollerball. These are commonly found at office supply stores or online through Amazon.
