This listing is for custom, hand drawn portrait of your House, Summer Home, Cottage, Lake House in POP ART Style.

You'll receive a DIGITAL FILE picture via e-mail or etsy convo. This is a print-it-yourself service.
You will be able to print the images at any local print shop on any surface ( e.g. : Canvas, Posters, T-shirts, Mugs, any format Paper or even Billboard ).

Custom Portrait Includes:

- original pop art illustration of the front of your home
- immediate landscaping and trees, included for free
- some phrase ( name, or date) above or below the house, included for free

Please before you buy, read the process of making the portrait:

After purchase, send me the photos of the House to be orders drawn.

- In your choice of photos, avoid blurry, grainy, dark photos, photos made from high or low angle, low-res camera phone photos.
- Describing colours and other small details is much appreciated!


Portrait is completed within 9-10 business days, depending on my work load.


Before I send to you the one and only perfect variant of the work, you receive a preliminary sample. If there's something you want to change about it, I keep changing until you're completely satisfied.

Custom orders are welcome. Please, also let me know if you have any special orders and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

After I'm done I send you high quality digital file of the portrait. The size is up to you!
