Awesome book in the great condition. Clean and strong inside and out. Well preserved ( stored in the same house since 1926 ) . Binding is tight , all pages strongly attached to the spine. No repairs, no patina. The first blank page has small aging spots. One corner bump of the back. Size : 5,0"x7,5"x1,0"
