Description

Product Name: Antique Plough Plane parts from orders late 1800s early 1900s
So for awhile these starred at me for years, I finally realized what they were… these are the adjustable rails for a Plough Plane. Really amazing tool, when put together and in use. These were found orders in northern Connecticut, from a wood workers shop. Please see the photos, both sets of screws are still adjustable, one does have a bend to it that would need to be corrected if these were to be used again, but I would stress these are old and probably brittle I basically hang these and admire the amazing craftsmanship of wood workers of the past. I wish people would have pride in their work like people of decades past. If you have any questions please ask. Would love these to go to a good home that will appreciate them. I would consider them in good shape, even though they have some minor ware and one has a curve. I know this is different from my usual posts, I have a lot of wood working tool and gadgets along side of all these awesome toys!.
