If you are looking for a sturdy, adjustable footrest for a young piano student whose feet don't quite reach the floor, you have come to the right place! I have a grandson that fit that description. His mother and father looked for, but could not find, a suitable footrest that accommodated their financial situation, so I made them one. The footrest is made in the US fo the best baltic birch plywood and will withstand a lot fo abuse. The footrest is easily adjusted and this can be accomplished by the youngest piano student. This footrest is light enough to be taken to piano lessons. I fully guarantee my product but, one must remember, that this is a footrest, not a stepladder.The dimensions for the platofrm are 9.5" deep by orders 13"wide. The lift can be adjusted from floor level to 9.5" high. The bottom of the footrest will fit under the pedals of an acoustic piano. My grandsons piano teacher liked it so much that he ordered some for his other students. Word got out about them so I started to make them for local piano teachers. Hopefully, I will be able to help young piano students in other parts of the USA. I have found that the highest level is fine for most students, however, every once and a while someone needs a little more lift. In that case, I have made an addition that fits on the bottom of the footrest that will give an extra 6" of lift. Check with me if you need one as these are made to order.
