1920s Flapper Sewing orders Etui

Rare 1920s early plastic etui. Wonderful painted face and a orders thimble hat. The thimble and face hold the cottons and needles are kept in the hollow central cylinder. In excellent condition with very minor wear and original ribbon bow.
