Rhizomes are similar to bulbs. Plant in organic soil with bone meal. It will sprout and blossom.


** For buyers that are new to Heliconias and Rhizomes. Please note that I only sell the Rhizome which is similar to a bulb. I often will leave the leaves on the rhizome because they are absolutely beautiful. However, please be aware that the leaves may get damaged during the shipment.

** Care Instructions

* Please plant in well drained soil.
* Partial sun.
* Add bone meal.
* DO NOT soak in water or over water. Too much water will make the orders roots rot.
