Black Walnut and orders Hickory Keepsake Box- Jewelry Box

This unique box is made with solid hardwood and has no plywood or veneer used. The Black Walnut on the lid has been book end matched and book side matched together making as though it came from the early 1900s. The Hickory on the bottom is book end matched, very old school look. The sides are Hickory with Black Walnut features.

The hinges are solid brass. The lid has old school leather bumpers, and the bottom has felt pads.

After fine sanding this box is finished with Danish oil natural, and has no stains.

This box is 9.5 inches long by 6.25 inches wide by 4 inches tall.
Inside it's 8.25 inches long by 5 inches wide by 3.25 inches tall.
