This delicate cast metal scrollwork picture frame has so much character.

It has a circular glass frame with a black matte and a tin back.

It has 3 rotating pieces that close the back of the frame.

Right now the hanging wire is attached to the screws that open and close the back of the frame.

That makes it difficult to open but I was able to slide a picture in with some maneuvering.

There are two raised pieces on the back where the wire could also go. Each piece has a hole and it looks like the appropriate way to hang it. (See the last pic)

It is marked with numbers on the back which most likely represent the manufacturers shape and size.

I believe it's brass plated as you can see some of the plating missing on the backside.

It measures 13 3/4” L x 10 1/2” W.

The glass frame is 6 1/2” in diameter.

The matte could be cut to any size but it currently leaves an opening that's 3 3/4” in diameter.

Old photos and photo album are not included.
