Vintage 30s Quilted Cape Jacket. The NRA tag tells that the jacket was made between the years 1933-1935. Very RARE. Museum quality jacket. Neck clasp at top, front pockets and shawl collar. When clasp closed, the collar becomes voluminous by forming two pockets. See pictures.
