This listing is for a hand drawn custom colored bridal bouquet drawing based off of a photograph that you send me.

STEPS TO ORDER:

-Pick your size and purchase any of the custom wedding bouquet drawing listings.
- Within one week after order please send me a clear photo of the bouquet. This can be via Etsy Conversation or you can email SouthHouseInk [!at] gmail.com with your order number in the subject.
-The better, clearer the picture, the more likely I am to capture the details of the bouquet. High resolution is preferred.
-In the notes section please include any details you do not want me to miss orders (flower colors, ribbon colors, bouquet accessories etc)
- I will send a picture of the final bouquet drawing for approval before shipping. Keep in mind that once I start adding ink it's hard to correct so the Notes section is very important. I will try to keep you updated throughout the process.
-Personalizing is available (Name, Wedding date, Venue). Just add it to the notes section!

ARTWORK DETAILS:

-Custom colored wedding bouquet drawing - based off of a photograph that you send me.
-Paper: Acid free, heavyweight (100 lb) Bristol paper.
-Materials: Pencil, Ink, Marker (These bouquet drawings are not watercolors, but the art markers give it the same feel)
-Bouquet Drawings are unframed and do not include mat or other materials.
-Packaged in clear cellophane bag with foam board backing to ensure protection.
-Shipped in rigid, stay flat envelope. Please request signature confirmation if needed for delivery.

SIZE DETAILS:

-5" x 7" size- Bouquet drawing area will be sized to fit a 5"x7 mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 8" x 10".
-8" x 10" size- Bouquet drawing area will be sized to fit an 8" x 10" mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 11" x 14".
-11" x 14" size- Bouquet drawing area will be sized to fit an 11" x 14" mat opening, while the actual paper size will be 14" x 17".

-Please note that this is an artistic representation of the bridal bouquet and is not a replica.
-I have the right to showcase your bouquet drawing on my Etsy page and social media accounts unless agreed upon prior to ordering. I understand the element of surprise!

-Order can be cancelled and refunded if bouquet photo has not been sent after 10 days.
-Once picture is received, it usually takes about 4-5 weeks for production.
