The coin itself was given an antique finish, and framed in sterling silver 925. The entire band of the bangle is also 925 sterling silver.
Athena is known as the goddess of war and wisdom in ancient greek and roman mythology. She was one of the daughters of Zeus, and the city of Athens was named for her.
