Artist: Marguerite-Mary Darbour ( France 19th - 20th century)

Darbour was a French painter born in Florence (Italy). She was painter of portraits, figures, nudes and landscapes. Darbour exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants of Paris and in 1903 she became a permanent member of the exhibition. From 1920 she exhibited in the Salon des Tuileries in Paris. Also she exhibited at the Society of National Fine Art and in 1922 she became a member of this organization. Listed titles of her work include: « Woman with a Mirror”, « Recumbent Nude”, “Symbolist Woman”.
