This is just SO 80's. Bold red & black star print on royal blue sweater dress Dress Code Ltd New York This dress is kind of a "cocoon" style, loose fit cardigan, deep V with 3 buttons, and faux tank. Hem stops at the top of thigh (on me, I am 5' 6"), then there is an attached rib knit black skirt that can be worn to just below knee or hiked up to make a mini (see photos) 3/4 Dolman sleeve with black orders rib knit cuffs, no shoulder pads It is marked size 9, Please measure! Armpit to armpit: Approx 20" (Dolman sleeve though, so there is some room) Waist: 22" Hip: 22" Top of skirt: 15 1/2" w/o stretching, about 17" stretched Bottom of skirt: 12" w/o stretch, 14" stretched Top of shoulder to skirt hem: 38" Top of shoulder to sweater hem: 26".
