Singapore culture -Chinese Lunar New Year - orders special edition I

Each year during the lunar New year the Chinese will be dressing up in new clothes to usher in the new year, visiting and greeting each other , feasting together as a reunion .

Children are exceptionally happy as there are money to be collected through red packets - a symbol of good luck , lots of goodies to snack with continuous Chinese New Year songs played in every corner of the streets . It used to be a noisy and busy affair where fire crackers will turn the whole town in a SEA of RED.
