Small landscape with houses, the format possibly from a sketchbook, signed Hans Deiters, if the Hans Deiters from Düsseldorf, then graphic artist and painter, who is not completely unknown (1868-1922) - but no guarantee for it - size: 12.5 x 17.5 cm about (without frame), the mirrors of the glass pane made it difficult to photograph the picture, nevertheless - details see photos, which are part of the article description. The sheet is under glass and looks to me like good to very good condition, the frame is considered an addition and is NOT part of the offer as an addition.

Please keep in mind - as with all offered pictures here - that the colors in the original may differ slightly. This cannot be avoided because of digitization and individual screen display.
