The Feathered Warrior necklace combines two dramatic textures: a bold metal mesh with fluid "feathers" made of metal scales. The result is a stunning statement necklace. Each necklace is made to order and can be customized in the colors you wish.

Even though this is a large necklace, it only weighs 2 oz and you'll hardly realize you're wearing it (except for the gently clinking of the scales as you move). The necklace works best with a wide and low-cut top.

The necklace lengths shown in the drop down menu measure the top of the chain as it goes around your neck. Keep in mind the longest center strand hangs approximately 3.25" below the top of the chain.

ABOUT THE SHAGGY SCALES COLLECTION
This collection came about when I decided to substitute aluminum "scale" orders components in place of rings in the Shaggy Loops weave. The first four earrings I made sold within an hour at their debut show, and they've been a solid seller ever since. I quickly expanded the line to include bracelets and necklaces—the way the scales gently jingle as the wearer moves is mesmerizing. I love that the lightweight nature of the scales means I can create large statement pieces that are so easy to wear because they are deceptively light.
