Chic placed floral off the shoulder dress. Luscious placed pale pink roses on a rich black ground surround the elasticated neckline. Elasticated sleeves. Can be worn in a variety of ways: belted, unbelted, up on shoulders or off the shoulders. Draw it up for a short blouson mini look or tie high for an empire silhouette. Comes with original tie belt. A lovely romantic nod to the 1970s.
