Ice Queen (inspired by orders Elsa)

This is our orders version of Elsa ❄️. It is a dress made of a teal/blue and white cotton. The white on the chest has an overlay white glittery sheer. The white glittery sheer of the cape and chest represent the snow/snowflakes. It has a square neckline, full circle skirt with and extra layer on top for a dramatic effect. It has elastic on waist, and short puffy sleeves. This shortie fits true to size with room to grow like the rest of our designs. These shorties come with detached bloomers only.
