Conch Shell Natural orders Live Hanging Planter

orders This natural shell is planted with Rhipsalis caplilliformis, a tropical epiphytic cactus that produces small white flowers.

The strap it is hung with is hand woven with hand spun Icelandic wool yarn and suede.


Don't be fooled- this cactus needs some moisture. Mist it regularly with a spray bottle. It is planted in sphagnum moss. Water it when the moss feels dry, but don't let it get totally dry. Give it light, air circulation, and feedings with diluted liquid fertilizer. This cactus will grow longer and cascade downward.

Use only unchlorinated water, such as well water, distilled, or otherwise filtered drinking quality.

This piece measures 18” wide and 24” long from the top of the strap to the bottom of the shell.
