Ladies Vintage Black Leather orders Motorcycle Biker Jacket

Ladies vintage black leather motorcycle jacket. Inside label says Perfect Leather Goods 192 Spadina Ave Toronto PH 368 4215. I cant read the size tag but I think its a small to medium. I'm a small / medium and it fits me. All the zippers work except the pull tag is missing on the left pocket, it still goes up and down. The belt is missing orders. There is a mark on the back of the right arm and on the right side near the bottom of the waist (see photos), and a really small red paint? on the right arm. I haven't tried to take it off so it could be an easy removal.
Measurements laying flat are approximate.
Jacket has been zipped up for measurements

Waist: 16.5"
Shoulder to shoulder: 17"
Arm length: 23"
Jacket length (collar to hem): 23"

No holes! In good worn vintage condition.
