Used Samsung Galaxy S8. This has been a very reliable phone for the last few years, and now I've moved on to the S21. This S8 still runs fine and has some minor scratches/issues. The screen has one very small scratch mark (shown in images), but this never bothered me while using the device. The SIM card slot piece does have a crack, but I used my SIM in there just fine (eSim also available for this device.) I have used this device with AT&T, and I do not know if it is unlocked in any capacity. The back of th3 device has some marks from the included case, as I've used the same case for years.
