Substantial in size and weight, this handmade Mexico sterling silver orders brooch features the quetzal bird, prominent in many ancient Mesoamerican civilizations. Simple clasp Blue stone eyes (likely turquoise, but untested) I have left it unpolished to show the lovely patina in this piece. In excellent condition for preloved or vintage jewelry.
