orders Here is VERY HARD To FIND Cast Iron Birmingham Stove & Range (BSR) H 8 Griddle. Not sure of the dates, guessing 1940's.

It is marked "H 8", and has a unique cast bottom (no heat ring, but contoured solid bottom). Very sturdy as characteristic of the BSR cast iron.

It is in great shape. No cracks or chips, and sits flat! It has a small indent in the center about the size of a quarter. The surface is beautiful with the original milling marks still present!

The skillet was stripped properly, cleaned and re-seasoned with 3 coats of Buzzywaxx. BuzzyWaxx is a proprietary blend of grapeseed oil, canola oil, and locally sourced beeswax. It mixes two amazing oils with high smoke points and Beeswax to bond everything together. By doing so it is an amazing seasoning and maintenance method for cast iron.

It measures 9-3/4" in diameter, 13-1/2" long at the handle, and 9/16" high.

Very nice BSR griddle!!
