The lapis lazuli is natural and undyed, the blue of the deep sea. The silver beads are made by the Karen Hill Tribe in Thailand, made of fine silver, with a higher silver content than sterling silver.

The color is infused into naturally-dyed leather, unlike conventionally-dyed leather which looks shiny, painted-on, and the finish can easily crack. Naturally-dyed leather has a kind of handmade-paper look, is matte, and gets softer and better with wear.

Connections to the sterling silver lobster claw clasp and connecting loop are hand-formed sterling silver wire wound around smaller lapis lazuli beads. The clasp and loop are large enough to make clasping easier than the standard bracelet clasp.

The fit (interior circumference) is 7-1/4". The length laid flat is about 8".

On a personal note, I gave my husband a similar bracelet about a year and a half ago, and it has worn beautifully and the leather has gotten softer and better with wear.
