This listing is for the charmingly beachy wedding topper pictured above. The hand carved love birds are perched on real driftwood piers--just like at the beach! The hand carved and painted heart is a fire-burnished red in this design but any color that suits your wedding could be requested, just ask:) All elements are permanently secured to the base and every piece has been buffed with beeswax polish to bring up the beautiful color and natural grain of the wood. Every topper is hand crafted by me in my home workshop and made from natural materials. Each have the added benefit of being a fully self-standing keepsake or gift to be cherished on a shelf of mantel long after the big day. This topper would be a suitable size for cakes of all sizes but especially for the typical 6, 7 or 8" top tier, (shown here on a 7" cake). The base measures 4" across and the height is about 5".
