Beautiful Wedgwood Jasper Dark Blue Cobalt Antique Bud Vase - Impressed Mark - Fantastic Condition

A fantastic Antique porcelain vase by Wedgwood. This vase is done in cobalt blue dipped orders jasper with white relief depicting classical figures as well as trees and small animal figures. There is a laurel leaf design encircling the neck of the vase and a floral and palm motif at the mouth of vase. It has the Wedgwood imprimatur on the base of the vase along with the letter "W" which would suggest that it dates to either mid to late 1800's (although not confirmed).

It measures 7" tall and approximately 4" wide. The piece is in overall excellent vintage condition - the intricate bas relief decorations are in very good condition as is the cobalt/dark blue body itself. Upon very close inspection with a magnifying glass, there is an area of minor crazing on the body of one of the figurines that does not in any way detract from the vase's beauty.
